Seriously, they've set up such a long stretch as the race course
that of course the Han River Management Office would never approve it
so what nerve are they running it anyway with...
not sure if it's few participants or a staggered start,
but makes me wonder if they're doing this knowing full well how crowded it gets on weekends
guess I should file a complaint and give the company a call
