Traffic lights are traffic lights, but I honestly wonder who actually obeys them
maybe play a voice announcement saying "slow down" in spots where bikes come down fast,
and at the crosswalk, install a speaker plus curb-mounted floor lights on one side and a flashing light on the opposite side, so that when a bus or vehicle coming down the downhill fast is detected, the speaker plays "look both ways" and the flashing light activates—I think that would make cyclists a lot easier to notice. What do you all think?
