Starting last week, I began cycling at 100kg, once a week
20-30km per day
The way there was gentle uphills with a long downhill
Today's route has long uphills with a short downhill
I'm trying to do high-intensity training and really push myself on the uphills
But my speed is only 16-18km/h, cadence is 70-80...
I want to download the training app posted here and try cycling more systematically
My outdoor riding FTP is 162, which is beginner level
I'll come back when I get back to 99kg
And I'll give it a try with a goal of losing 24kg ㅠ
