According to the revised ordinance, pixie bicycles without brakes are prohibited from being ridden on roads under the Road Traffic Act, bicycle paths under the Bicycle Act, urban parks under the Park and Green Space Act, and Han River parks as stipulated in the 'Seoul Metropolitan Ordinance on Conservation and Use of the Han River Park'.
