Riding a road bike is truly happy once you're on it.
The feeling of running while catching the wind is something that running can't keep up with.
But the problem is that starting is too difficult.
First, put on your clothes,
wear a heart rate monitor,
bring a speedometer,
put on your baria,
turn on the backlight,
wear a helmet,
wear goggles,
put on gloves,
wear cycling shoes,
bring CO2,
bring a CO2 injector,
and check the tire pressure.
After finishing all those preparations and trying to go out the front door…
You have a sudden urge to poop while wearing your cycling bib shorts.
Eventually, you take off your cycling shoes, gloves, and bib shorts, go to the bathroom, and come back, but suddenly you get a cramp.
On the other hand, running is
just put on pants,
put on a top,
put on shoes,
and turn on your Garmin watch…
The preparation is so simple that you can rush out of the house right away.
So even this morning, I spent 30 minutes debating whether to ride my road bike and ended up putting on my running shoes and going for a run.
