I don't understand what's wrong with following the rules while riding a bike... there are more reckless people than I thought
Don't you think it's strange that administrative measures are being taken to regulate fixed-gear bikes on the Han River and in parks?
For reference, I started cycling with a Veloline Lucy fixed-gear bike with brakes installed, and I've been attracted to road bikes because of my cross-country cycling journey.
The Han River and public roads are open spaces for everyone.
Please don't justify breaking the rules, and if there's a problem, please resolve it through legal and civil complaint procedures.
