Has anyone recently purchased items from ChulX MTB??
I bought a tire and made a bank transfer deposit, but when I checked the status, it showed "before deposit," so I contacted the number on the website,
The landline doesn't answer at all, and my mobile calls initially went through but now I'm blocked and can't reach them. So I requested a refund, but even though I posted on the site, kept calling, and sent KakaoTalk messages, they read them but don't reply...Has anyone recently purchased from or requested a refund from ChulX MTB...?ㅜㅜOr is this company normally just slow to respond?? I wanted to only post positive things, but I'm sorry.. It's a large amount of money for me...ㅜㅜ
