Hello:)
I'm writing this post to share information about a workout app I use often!
These days I work out about 2 to 3 times a week.
I do all sorts of things — Pilates, yoga, boxing, spinning and so on.
When I say I work out like this people are surprised haha, asking how I manage to do so many different kinds haha
Instead of signing up at a single studio, I book each session as I go through an app~
You top up 'credits' in the app every month, and with those credits you can go freely to any of the studios registered in the app!
Paying with credits is actually far cheaper than registering at a studio, which is why I love this app!
On top of that, free cancellation is available up to 12 hours in advance (for a 2 PM session tomorrow, up until 2 AM today)!
So if you think you won't be in good shape tomorrow, you can cancel without any pressure haha
There are lots of partner studios nearby, mainly in SCBD, Senopati, Kemang, Pondok Indah, Kuningan and so on!
There are various plans, and I use 25 credits a month (589.000rp). That's enough for two workouts every week! Those who work out more can take a higher credit tier, and those who work out less have a 17-credit tier available! If I can't use up my credits within the month they roll over to the next month! (If 10 credits are left, next month becomes 35 credits)
Pilates usually costs about 4 to 7 credits, and F45 about 7 to 9 credits:) If you book Pilates for 4 credits, that means working out for 92,000 rupiah (not even 100,000 rupiah)!
And this app isn't just for workouts — you can also use it for massages, hair salons, waxing and more! I've had massages at the Alila Hotel and at the Sheraton Hotel through this app, at half the standard price!
I had a 90-minute Javanese massage at the Sheraton Hotel through the app (other traditional massages are available in the app too! I just picked that one because I was curious about the Javanese style. Oh, and facial treatments are in the app as well~) I was shocked when I saw the price list..it's normally 900,000 rupiah..but I paid 18 credits, so it came to 420,000 rupiah! That's exactly half price!
If you happen to be interested in working out, I'd recommend this app~ I think I'll keep using it haha
(Sometimes while doing Pilates I run into Koreans paying a lot of money at the studio...I kept wondering whether I should tell them about the app..and never did, so I'm posting it here..hahaha)
A 2-week free trial is available too!
(During the trial period, massages, hair, waxing and some private Pilates may be restricted, and you can't visit the same studio twice)
You can download the app through this link!
Hey! Have you heard of ClassPass? They’re giving an exclusive trial (with 20 bonus credits!) only available to friends of mine. https://classpass.com/refer/AAV8O9CD9
* Oh, and when paying as a paid member the card must be a 'credit card'. I don't have a BCA credit card, so I've linked a Shinhan card instead
(If you go through the link and download the app, there's a 20-credit bonus)
