Hello, Dossa members. I want to hear your opinions.
I recently made a used purchase,
but the seller is saying they didn't know anything about the bike and are acting like there's nothing they can do.
As far as I know, unless fraud such as concealing criminal cases or misrepresentation is proven, it will be deemed non-guilty. It seems that if this doesn't resolve well in civil court, I may have to take further action.
No matter how much they claim ignorance, this doesn't seem right.
1. Wheel repair history not recorded
2. Rotor bending not recorded
3. Steering cutter repaired illegally. There is also a compression plug fixation problem. It seems like they barely kept it functional enough to sell.
If this doesn't resolve well, I plan to call the shop where it was supposedly serviced and inquire about it before preparing for civil action. Is this the right approach?
There seem to be many problems. Shouldn't I be entitled to a refund?
