I took two photos of the broken dial, entered my address in English, and applied, and in about a week the replacement parts arrived.
Only one dial was broken, and I thought they might give me at most two or three sets, but 4 came.
Thanks to that, after replacing all the dials with new ones, there's a visual illusion that makes the shoes look even newer....haha
It's my first time applying, and I'm satisfied because the process is simple and they handled it quickly.
