I bought a sensor from Trim's official speedometer website and it seems like I wasted my money;;

Three years ago, I used it briefly, and now I'm trying to return. I have good memories of using TrimOne Light, so on May 30th I purchased 2 sensors only from the official TrimOne website.

After purchasing, I found out that it seems like they're almost going out of business, so I tried to cancel urgently, but I couldn't find a place to cancel because I paid with a non-member bank transfer. I sent a purchase cancellation email, but they haven't responded for 4 days. Of course, KakaoTalk support is also blocked.;;
And they're not even shipping what I purchased either.

I tried to file a complaint with the Korea Consumer Agency, but it's excluded from coverage in cases where 'the business is unable to be contacted due to default, closure, etc., or the location cannot be identified.' This is frustrating.;;

Fortunately, since I only purchased sensors, the amount is only about 50,000 won, which is a small sum, but the feeling is really terrible..
Another person also sent an A/S request and has had no response for over a month. We don't know when they'll go out of business, and they're completely giving up on handling the situation afterwards. They're just taking the money and disappearing.
Going forward, I think it would be best to avoid purchasing from companies that operate like beta testing, such as TrimOne.
