This is my second post.
First of all, my results after riding 5 times over the past 2 weeks are pretty rough.
My butt adapted, so I thought I could ride harder, but my legs just won't cooperate...
First, I tried to build my fitness with VO2 max efforts, but my VO2 max heart rate and power are similar.... It's a tearful situation...
Getting back on a bike after a long time is really, really not easy~~
After doing VO2 max intervals 2-3 times, I decided to try riding at tempo pace for about an hour today, and the moment I started riding, I completely burned out after just 10 minutes
My body became exhausted.
Still, going around looking at the scenery and taking photos while riding a bike after a long time is so much fun.
Safety is the most important!
Please don't fall like me because you can't unclip your cleats... I hope you all have safe rides........
I'll build up my power and see you again!
