China said it is moving some of the structures it illegally installed in the Interim Measures Zone in the Yellow Sea for Sino-Korean cooperation.
Guo Zaikun, a spokesman for China's Foreign Ministry, said at a regular briefing on the 27th, "Chinese companies are currently carrying out work related to the relocation of management platforms."
The spokesman further added, "This is an arrangement autonomously adjusted by the enterprise according to its own business and development needs."
