Samsung Electronics is implementing cash dividends of approximately 2.45 trillion won per quarter, or about 9.8 trillion won on an annual basis, in accordance with its 2024-2026 shareholder return policy. With the addition of a settlement special dividend of 1.3 trillion won in the fourth quarter of 2025, the quarterly dividend amount has expanded to approximately 3.75 trillion won, and the total annual dividend scale to 11.1 trillion won.
