Hello
Since there's been so much talk about stocks
I've been gradually buying stocks since around the end of last year
I don't have any specific goals,
Just following some YouTube video recommendations
- Buy with extra money
- If you don't want to study, buy ETF
- Don't sell when it goes up
- If it drops 10% or more, don't hesitate and cut your losses
I've set these rules and try to follow them
KODEX 200, high dividend stocks and KOSDAQ 150,
and a bit of Samsung, that's what I bought
Today it dropped significantly, so
I was thinking about what to sell, but
My total gains/losses clearly went down,
but it's all still in the red,
If it's a decline after going up
what exactly is the standard for a 10% drop?
That's the question I had
Do you write down yesterday's price in Excel or something?
Or do you sell everything and rebuy when the month changes...... hahaha
Is it just cutting losses when it turns green and reaches -10%?
Hmm, then there's no profit-taking strategy...
How do you manage your brokerage app?
Seniors, please lend me a helping hand
Thank you
