Flat terrain
Speed power increase - good for applying effort
Uphill
Speed power increase - feels like riding intensely with some force. Speed power increase compared to the same perceived difficulty
Dancing - I don't feel any discomfort with it
Overall Assessment
Both speed and power PR'd on the first ride of the same course
Compared to the same perceived difficulty, I feel it's advantageous to ride with higher power
