Around lunch last Saturday, I was riding near Paldang toward Seoul when a road pack said they were overtaking me and started overtaking~
So I thought they were overtaking and pulled over to the right. Usually when you overtake someone ahead, you speed up and pull away completely, right? But this pack didn't pull away in front of me and just kept riding. So eventually I ended up stuck behind that pack. Even if I wanted to overtake, the pack had about 8 people and was riding in two lines.. so I couldn't overtake. I was a bit annoyed but figured that's just how it was, and at a hill I managed to overtake and get away.
The problem is they tried to overtake again ㅋㅋ
But this time they didn't completely overtake me so I got stuck in the middle of the pack, riding alongside someone (diagram attached). It was my first time in this situation, so I was taken aback, but when someone in the back told their pack members to be careful because there was a person next to them (me), I got nervous and slowed down, completely pulling back. The person at the back said sorry, so I just told them to go ahead faster... I'm not sure if the leader knows what happened.
But seriously, if you're going to overtake, either speed up and completely pass, or what are you doing..? After dealing with it twice, I got annoyed.
If you're going to overtake, please completely overtake... really...
And if you're going to ride as a pack, please ride in a single line.. Why do you block everything so I can't even overtake..?
