When I look at other competitions, they start accepting applications from half a year before the event, so it was difficult to decide whether to participate or not
Binggrae accepting applications from two months before seems reasonable.
I was happy that the participation fee was processed as a donation in last year's year-end settlement, and I must participate this year too!
