During Corona, I tried stocks for the first time
Between buying a house, buying a car, and raising a child, I just watched from the sidelines
Stocks that I invested in gradually as I had a bit of room to spare
I took partial profits today
Since the principal I invested in stocks is about 5 million won,
it's not a large amount,
but today I sold about 2 million won worth and made over 300,000 won in profit
It's modest and not much money,
but it will likely bring vitality to my tightened household budget since I started parental leave
Still, my wife will return to work soon and I'm also doing some short-term part-time work,
so we've gotten some breathing room
I'm thinking of reinvesting about half of the stocks I sold today
I'm not sure what to do, but thinking I'll steadily buy whenever I have small amounts
whether to buy Tiger US S&P 500
or Tiger 2nd Battery Top 10, that's what I'm pondering
As an EV owner, I do think the EV era will definitely come someday...
But since I don't know when that will be, I'm wondering if I should just buy with the intention of long-term investing for several years
Still, it feels good to take profits like this
My Hyundai Motor and Samsung Electronics stocks, which boast my largest gains and highest returns, are still remaining,
I think Hyundai Motor might be worth selling soon, so I'm considering selling it,
but for Samsung, I wonder if it might go up another 200,000 won or more, so I'm still pondering
They say selling is also a skill, and I'm not sure if I'm doing it well,
but anyway, I feel good
