According to the National Association of Realtors (NAR) on the 12th (local time), U.S. existing home sales in January came in at 3.91 million units on a seasonally adjusted annualized rate. This is an 8.4% decrease from the previous month's 4.27 million units. Year-over-year, it also declined by 4.4%.
