The current hot topic seems to be about whether to ride on the back of a flying bird or not.


I'll just share my thoughts once.


Whether the stock market is good or bad, whether individual stocks are good or bad,

is not something for an ordinary person like me to analyze.


Looking at just the overall trend,

I think the domestic stock market still has plenty of room.


After all, if there's investment demand it goes up, and if there isn't it goes down—

if that's the fundamental big picture,

considering that the shift of assets from real estate to stocks hasn't even started yet,

considering we've come this far, my belief is that investment demand is still solid.


Looking at it so far, deposits, savings, and dormant funds that have been accumulated gradually are flowing into stock accounts

in large quantities, and it seems we can view this as that pivotal moment.

(Just looking at the fact that banks are losing money and slowly raising deposit and savings rates...)

Since returns have been proven so far,

I think the spillover effect of real estate policy this time has no choice but to come to the stock market.


Given the nature of capital rushing in if profits increase even by 10 won,

with stock returns that far exceed real estate returns,

there's no reason real estate asset owners wouldn't turn their eyes to them.

If they're asset owners who know how to move money at all, they would calculate that stock market returns

would be better than real estate for at least a few years.

Not counting speculators, of course.


In that sense, it seems likely that real estate funds will flow into the domestic stock market in April and May.

Because that's when the heavy tax deferment ends.

If suspicions about whether the deferment really ends turn into certainty, real estate standby funds could also come to the stock market.


So what's the conclusion?

Buying now isn't bad.

If you're timid, you could make enough in April-May gains to buy a popsicle even if you bail out.
