The lockout lever on the front suspension I was using on my MTB has been broken for a while (the ratchet seems damaged)
I've been riding a road bike and been busy with childcare, so I wasn't paying attention to it, but when I called the GA LA N CO service center,
the person in charge sent me a new product for free that was being stored for A/S because it was an older model. (worth about 180,000 won)
It had been more than 3 years since I purchased it and I didn't have a receipt, so I was considering ordering overseas, but they sent me a new product
for free, so I'm really grateful.
From now on, I will only use SRAM for the drivetrain! (already using SRAM)
