I was watching a TV show about miscellaneous knowledge earlier, and they said that when our body's cells produce energy, glucose exists in pairs, and a substance called Coenzyme Q10 amplifies it 16 times.
The problem is that after your twenties when it exists at 100%, it decreases.
There's already a drug being sold for this, and it seems to have almost no side effects,
and they say taking it after breakfast is best.
While doing intense riding, supplies are short and with energy shortage, I hit the wall or get pushed to just before it, so I've thought about energy storage,
but seeing it on TV makes me wonder.
I also suspect if this is a medicine sales broadcast (?)
I've only been taking Centrum as a supplement, but is there anyone here who takes Coenzyme Q10?
I'll try one and post a review.
