Yesterday I went to the store to check out Fizik Vega
They said there's no size, so the FLR that supplies to Fizik...?
They recommended that to me, and since it's a brand I've never seen before
When I showed no interest, they said they make Fizik Vega here and supply it
So I asked the owner why there's more than double the price difference
Then does Fizik receive Vega supply from a subcontractor
just stamp the Fizik logo and only change the tag in professional terms
and sell Fizik Vega for 500,000 won
When I asked, they just gave a vague response and didn't give me a proper answer
And they took a phone call and went back to their seat, showing no interest in
selling anything to the customer
If I were the owner, I would tell them when the size would be in stock if they order now
and guide them to payment to increase sales, but I was in a bad mood
so I bought Fizik Vega from Coupang instead
Given the location of that dealership, it seems enthusiasts buy a lot of products there
Maybe that's why they don't properly serve customers who don't bring in much sales
Even if someone like me doesn't generate sales, when enthusiasts come
they swipe hundreds of thousands of won and buy things
Whether it's any industry, when businesses are doing well, they pick and choose which customers to serve
