When you dial the number above, the automated voice speaks.
Enter the other party's phone number, then press the pound sign (#).
I tried dialing the number from the post titled "Is this a scam?" on the first page.

The automated voice says, "Hmm? This phone number cannot be connected," and hangs up.
( It's a prepaid phone. )
Prepaid phones are 100% scams.
These days, prepaid phones even show up as regular phones on The Cheat (더치트).
If you have even the slightest suspicion!
Please call *23#1655 and verify the number.
