Both had too much lens glare, so while looking into a separate lens hood to prevent it, I found that Fly12 Sports does sell one, but since I have a 3D printer anyway, I decided to make a simple custom one myself.
In the case of Fly12 Sports, if using a 3-sided hood, the side hood does block the dash cam slightly, but it doesn't block much.
The version with one side open also shows the top hood slightly, but it's not enough to interfere with recording.
Even after installing the hood, the viewing angle and such work well with almost no change.
I attached it using 3M VHB double-sided tape.
