Currently working on a personal project with Google Gemini.
I subscribed to Google AI Pro and registered as a developer (meaning I connected my card information)
They said I'd get $10 to use the API and could also use Claude Code, so I subscribed,
but the chat service we know
and Gemini CLI are completely separate things.
So to summarize, money is being charged in real-time as I code in the terminal.
I don't really need the chat service, but I spent 18 pounds,
and mixing data processing with coding, I got charged 32 pounds in just 10 days.
Next month I should try Claude Pro and compare.
