KOSDAQ-listed companies have been emerging that either triggered delisting reasons or were delisted after receiving an 'disclaimer of opinion' from external auditors.
The Korea Exchange announced on the 9th that following a review of business reports for companies with December fiscal year-end for the 2025 business year, delisting reasons occurred in 12 KOSPI-listed companies and 42 KOSDAQ-listed companies.
Among KOSPI-listed companies, Hanchang's delisting was decided due to three consecutive years of failing to meet auditor opinions, but current liquidation trading is currently on hold.
