I rode my bike in Okinawa 3 times out of 8 days
On the first day, I rode around Nago-Sesoko for about 50 kilometers, and it rained a lot. It was raining so hard I could barely breathe
I went through the city, and the drivers were very considerate. On uphill sections without shoulders, many people waited behind me, and as they passed, they cheered me on
The second ride was a figure-8 route around Yagaji Island and Kouri Island, about 20 kilometers
It was just cloudy that day, and I unexpectedly met two Japanese riders and rode about 10 kilometers together. They wanted to ride more, but I had to go see my child, so we said goodbye and headed back
The last third ride, I went around Yanbaru National Park
Rain came and went, sunlight came and went, going back and forth between cold and warm, but I forgot to bring money for supplies and got completely worn out toward the end ㅠ
However, the scenery was absolutely breathtaking
All 3 rides had rain, but there were barely any squirrels, the bike stayed clean, and the road conditions were great^^
When I was staying in Busan, I mainly rode after ferrying from Aso and Yamaguchi, but Okinawa seems to have a new charm to it
It's been almost 7 years since I've done a tour, and the lingering impression made me want to write this short post
Thank you for reading~~!!
