The president probably wouldn't specifically point to a particular person and say "put this person here."
The problem is that the president's intentions and thoughts are reflected, and the staff below without much deliberation
raise this person and that person with appropriate justifications
and the president, with the idea of his own expansion and practicality, chooses "lean right" whenever possible, isn't that so???
No matter how positively I think about it, I can't imagine anything beyond this.
