I was using Claude with my organization's people and Team Plan, but after about a month, my account was suddenly banned.
I didn't give a seat to the admin account, and I gave seats to other accounts in the organization, but all the accounts that were given seats have been banned, so I can't log in either as an organization or as an individual.
Until I was banned, I pasted Claude code into vscode or used the API normally, and worked on the web and app without violating any terms of service, so I don't know the reason and the work I was originally proceeding with is now stopped.
I've filed an appeal currently,
The system said there was no subscription content during the initial few hours before the ban, so I checked and found that my existing subscription had been refunded, and I made a new payment.
But everyone is banned and unable to use it, and while I'm waiting for my appeal to be accepted, they're trying to refund the new payment, but since there's already been a refund, they say it's against policy to refund, so money is going out and I can't work—it's so frustrating...
