2026 Goseong Dinosaur Land Gran Fondo,
it was a rainy event.
1. That day had 21mm of rainfall, a heavy rain level.
2. The participation rate that day was about 20%, with about 400 attendees.
3. Many people came just in case, but after arriving at the venue, quite a few turned back saying it was impossible to proceed.
4. Due to the poor weather, no one pushed themselves too hard, and fortunately, there were no major accidents.
5. Even though the weather was severe, there were people who photographed, but some people couldn't take photos and left.
By the time of the finish, the weather cleared up beautifully, allowing us to end on a good note.
I gave up on the road bike due to concerns about falling,
and participated on an MTB without cleats, and perhaps because of this, with a feeling of returning to my school days,
I intentionally cut through the middle of puddles
and rode in the rain having fun.
Seolak was also safely completed,
and I hope those who made new memories in it are well.
