Last year, when I turned on the air conditioner...the smell of a mop was too strong...
So in 2026, I thought I should definitely clean the air conditioner....and checked the estimate from a cleaning company...
The basic cleaning was at least 150,000 won, and...if you wanted to do something more thorough...it would be as much as 300,000 won .-ㅅ-;;
300,000 won is enough to buy two KODEXes...I thought, so I decided to do it myself.
And when I searched for the model name on the internet...there were already kind people who had cleaned it themselves.
After looking at the contents roughly....you loosen about 4 bolts on the top and 1~2 bolts on the bottom,
and lift the front of the fan part and pull it out...the fan part comes out, clean the holes...take out the motor fan too...
Brush with baking soda + vinegar water...it wasn't as difficult as I thought.
I removed all the mold stains that were in the holes in the picture...and I think I removed 95% of the mold stains between the fan blades.
It took about 2 hours and 30 minutes.
Before you start using your air conditioners seriously, married men, please do a self-cleaning of your air conditioners beforehand,
so that you can receive the praise and love of your Wi-Fi wives.
P.S - After cleaning the air conditioner and putting it all back together...I wonder why I have one bolt left?
I couldn't take a picture after cleaning because I closed it. -_-;; It was too much trouble to loosen the bolts and take a picture again. ㅠㅠ
