Review of Delayed Childbirth of Four Sons!
Hello. I had four sons delivered via cesarean section by doctors at the following hospitals.
1st-Pondok Indah Dr. Bramudinto
2nd-Somewhere in Gunsan, Korea
3rd-Brawwijaya Dr. Pirman
4th-Brawwijaya Dr. Pirman
The first one (17 years ago) was at the best hospital VIP room because she was said to be the most famous doctor at the time, the second one was in Korea because my mother wanted to do postpartum care, and the youngest was delivered at a Brawwijaya hospital near my house. Unless I'm a high-risk pregnant woman, I recommend Indonesia over Korea, and Brawwijaya hospital over Pondok Indah. Of course, in the case of a high-risk pregnant woman, if there are concerns about various other emergencies, Korea would be better!
At the age of 43, an advanced maternal age, I gave birth to the 3rd and 4th babies as back-to-back births (even on the same birthday!) and I was very worried, but Dr. Pirman took very good care of me. He was from a German study abroad background, and his slightly feminine manner made him seem kind and sisterly, which I liked even more. And during childbirth, unlike in Korea, my husband started observing right after anesthesia and stayed with me through the recovery room until we moved to the hospital room. When I watch the video my husband took, you can see my organs lol (my husband filmed it thinking it was CCTV)
With the first one, my abdomen was clean without any surgical scars (they had a different suturing method here), but the second one became a mess, so Dr. Pirman felt sorry asking how it happened like that, and with the fourth one, he had to make an incision 1 centimeter longer than the third one, but since it was the last one, he said he would do his best to finish it nicely.
And in Indonesia's upper-middle class, compared to Koreans, the tolerance for pain and suffering is lower, so not only doctors but also nurses provide excellent care.
(In Korea, in my case, the nurses seemed a bit scary. They spoke to me in a way that suggested I was being overly dramatic.)
*By the way, aside from Brawwijaya, Pondok Indah Puri Indah was also a good hospital.
