I originally planned to ride even in the rain, so I left Seoul at 5am this morning and arrived at the venue, but it was much colder than I expected... For me personally, heavy rain alone isn't a problem, but the cold temperature was the issue. After an hour of deliberation in the car, I decided against it and headed straight back home. It was a waste of a morning.
Anyway, I really respect those who rode today.
