Project : AI Application for Parameteric Design (3D CAD Design)
Overview: Instead of creating 3D Mesh, Parametric design (where the shape of an object automatically adjusts to any changes in dimensions..) is very similar to coding (CATIA, SolidWorks, Fusion 360, etc.), and designs are actually created through coding.
Opportunity: Applying LLMs to this has been possible only with expensive multi-modal language models (Opus 4.6 or higher). Moreover, capturing images and then feeding them to LLMs results in an enormous number of tokens, making it uneconomical. However, I have finally succeeded in implementing it locally using the Qwen3.6 27b model.
