Russia has announced a large-scale air strike on Kyiv, the capital of Ukraine.
The Russian Foreign Ministry issued a statement on the 25th, local time, saying "We will begin striking Ukrainian military-industrial facilities in Kyiv," and mentioned drone-related facilities supported by experts from the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) as attack targets, as well as Ukrainian command centers.
While doing so, [Russia] warned saying "These areas are scattered throughout Kyiv" and "Foreigners, including diplomatic mission staff and representatives of international organizations, should leave Kyiv as soon as possible."
