According to KOMPAS.com reporting, the Indonesian government has designated Wednesday, November 27, 2024 as the voting day for the 2024 Regional Elections (Pilkada) and declared it a national public holiday. Interior Minister Tito Karnavian announced that this decision was made in accordance with Presidential Regulation No. 33 of 2024. The regulation was confirmed by the signature of President Prabowo Subianto.
