I went on a long-distance ride to prepare for September's Seven Bridges!
I took the subway to Gupo and jumped off to start the ride
Usually I ride 60 to 70km, but this time I went 100km and even tried some light uphill climbs
On the way, I found a coffee shop called "Oh! Coffee" made by riders
On the way back, I stopped by my usual rest stop and refueled with toast and misutgaru
The weather today was cool, and I brought 3 energy gels. I had one left over. Haha
When I got home and checked the data, I burned 3500 calories! Wow!
I'm looking forward to more long-distance riding next month!
