I am someone who withdrew from participation.
I heard that the T-shirt was a completion commemoration souvenir, so I assumed that's what it was, and since I didn't participate, I thought I wouldn't be able to receive it.
Among my acquaintances, one person went to the venue, gave up due to the weather conditions, and came back with only a T-shirt.
Well... since they went all the way to the venue, I just accepted it.
But looking at the community posts, I see there's someone who took race numbers from acquaintances who didn't participate and received T-shirts??
Then, shouldn't T-shirts be sent to people who didn't participate, even if through collect on delivery?
