I am a very normal computer enthusiast who frequently uses Asus products and tries to maintain cleanliness.
I have been using several Asus keyboards and mice, and I haven't had any particular complaints with them. There hasn't been any damage recently either,
so I didn't have any major complaints. However, I bought a ROG Zephyrus G14 as a gift to myself at the end of 2025, and
around April this year, the USB port part broke off from the main body. I am currently looking into private repairs,
but it's frustrating that for a 400,000 won new product, there are no repair or response options available other than private repairs or other methods.
I'm writing this as a way to vent my frustration.
Since I was crazy about computers thanks to my parents who bought me a 486DX computer when I was 10 years old, and because I even worked in the IT industry in Yongsan for a while,
I remember that Asus motherboards/graphics cards were eligible for paid repairs and RMA.
Now I'm wondering if I should stop being an Asus fan or if I was mistaken... I thought about asking other communities, but
since there could be employee errors or other issues, I decided to write it down here where there are many people who read and comment.
I have already contacted the manufacturer, so I hope they will respond ^^ Otherwise...
