I'm not an AI member, but I'm in a hurry so I'll ask a question right away. Please be understanding.
I have a paid MAX subscription, but my account has been changed to free and I can't use it as paid.
- Max plan $110 payment completed on May 27th
- Billing period: Valid until June 27th
- Normal use until 11:00 AM on June 5th
- Suddenly displayed as a free plan around 11:20 AM on June 5th
- Claude Inquiry -> Inquired with FIN
- Deleted browser cache and cookies, used secret mode, used other devices, used other browsers, removed and reinstalled the web browser, restarted the laptop, etc. Tried all problem solving methods but couldn't solve it.
- Subscription status: Remains free -> No way to change
- No payment errors or issues after payment
- Payment was successfully withdrawn from the paid account.
FIN (Claude's AI Assistant) said that my question would be forwarded to one of the human support staff
A week has passed, and there are no progress emails from humans or AI.
I looked at Reddit and found quite a few cases like mine, but I've never seen a case that was resolved -_-
Has anyone else solved a similar problem?
Will I just end up wasting a month's worth of fees? ㅠㅠ
For now, I'm using Codex + Gemini urgently. It's frustrating.
