PT Prime Agri Resources (SGRO) was established on June 7, 1993 under the name PT Selapan Jaya. Subsequently, the company name was changed to PT Sampoerna Agro Tbk in 2007. 담당업무 Job Introduction We are seeking a professional with strategic thinking and business acumen to support management planning, business development, and strategy formulation for our Indonesian operations. Key Responsibilities • Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking • Develop business plans and growth strategies • Support annual business planning and performance management processes • Prepare executive reports, presentations, and strategic proposals • Analyze business performance and derive operational improvement measures • Coordinate inter-departmental projects and strategic tasks • Support reporting and communication between the Indonesian entity and Korean headquarters • Monitor key performance indicators and provide insights • Participate in new business development and investment review projects Qualifications • Korean nationals currently residing in Indonesia or willing to relocate there • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field • Over five years of experience in management strategy, business planning, consulting, project management, or a related area • Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and strategic thinking capabilities • Fluency in Korean and English (knowledge of Indonesian is advantageous) • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint • Preference given to those with experience working for Korean companies • Outstanding presentation and stakeholder management skills • Able to perform effectively in a rapidly changing multicultural environment
