As my wrists have been getting weaker, I've tried to adjust the settings more actively. The goal is to minimize wrist bending caused by shift and ctrl, and to make it easier to use keys like the arrow keys on the right side of the keyboard.
Layer 0
I minimized movement with ctrl and shift.
cap -> left ctrl
Long press A -> Left shift
Long press ' -> right ctrl
Long press ; -> right shift
I put the settings for turning on other layers here and there.
I wasn't sure how to use it best, so I put them in several places.
tab , s , [ Long press Layer 1
q , ㅇ, ] Long press Layer 2

Layer 1
The left hand is for mouse movement and wheel.
The right hand attempts to replace keys on the right side of the keyboard, such as arrows, , print,home,end,pgup, pgdn, backspace, del, etc.
Mouse buttons are operated with the right hand.
