There are excellent educational facilities such as English-speaking universities and international schools, and there are four clean and safe golf courses nearby.
Our guesthouse provides clean and delicious Korean food twice a day and helps with laundry/cleaning/wireless internet/various reservations/other business support.
Also, our guesthouse operates Kingskids , a managed homestay that helps Korean students studying abroad from Korea (elementary, middle, high school, college, and job seekers) have a successful study abroad life.
