This is my first post on the Daum stock forum.
Although I'm still a beginner, as a Samsung/Nicks investor, I want to share my thoughts and exchange opinions.
Samsung and Nicks have been carrying out record-breaking share buybacks until the end of this year,
but the stock price has not rebounded as much as expected.
I think there are two main reasons for this.
Lack of funds from individual investors
Buying sentiment from foreign investors
For now, I think we can assume that the first reason will remain constant (unless there is a groundbreaking stock market advancement bill in the short term or real estate funds flow in immediately).
I believe the second reason will continue until the end of the year.
Securing funds ahead of Entropic's listing
Realizing exchange rate profits due to won depreciation
The psychology of comfortably selling because there are buyers (Samsung and Nicks share buybacks) anyway
I think these factors are working together.
If this situation is resolved by the end of the year and into next year, I expect a big rebound,
and that Nicks will reach 250~270 and Samsung around 35 by February or March next year.
This is assuming that other factors (US interest rates, elections, the Iran war, etc.) remain stable,
and that the performance of both companies will remain solid next year.
As a beginner's opinion,
I would appreciate your guidance.
