The National Institute of Korean Language
has revised and announced the "Guidelines for Operating Korean Language Education Practice Courses as a Foreign Language."
Until now, online observation / online mock classes and other methods oftraining were possible,
but from September onwards, training will be changed entirely to face-to-face classes.
In other words, the time when training can be conducted online is essentially the last opportunity,
and you must start with a class beginning in March or April to complete the prerequisite courses
so you can participate in online training in July.

Korean Language Teacher Level 2 Acquisition Process
- Associate degree or higher: 15 online courses + 1 practical course
- Approximately 2 semester course (approximately 1 year)
The acquisition period varies depending on your final educational background.
- Bachelor's degree: approximately 8-12 months
- Associate degree: approximately 1.5-2 years
- High school graduate: approximately 2-3 years
Upon meeting the qualification requirements,
you can apply for the Korean Language Teacher Level 2 certificate through review by the National Institute of Korean Language.
