2. Proposal Submission

※ Documents should be prepared as electronic files according to submission guidelines and submitted via email
※ Original documents must be submitted after being selected as the successful bidder and before contract execution.
※ Bid prices must include both VAT(PPN) and withholding tax(PPH23). (For tax-exempt companies, the final contract will be executed at the proposal price minus VAT(PPN) at the time of contract)
※ As the submission deadline approaches, there is a possibility of errors such as internet communication delays or missing materials, so please submit with sufficient time before the deadline.

3. Successful Bidder Selection Method and Evaluation Method
ㅇ Bidding Method : General Competition / Total Amount Bidding
ㅇ Contract Method : Contract by Negotiation
ㅇ Evaluation Method : Proposal(Technical)+Price, Comprehensive Evaluation(Proposal:Price = 80:20)
ㅇ Technical Evaluation Date : Separate Notice, Offline Face-to-Face Evaluation Planned
※ Evaluation will proceed based on the technical proposal without separate presentation materials submission
4. Bidding Participation Eligibility
ㅇ Businesses that have a legal entity(headquarters or branch office)in Indonesia
ㅇ In accordance with Article14 of the 「Regulations for Operating Contract Affairs of Other Public Institutions」,Article27 of the 「Act on Contracts with the State as a Party」, and Article76 of its Enforcement Decree, the bidder must not be a person who is deemed to clearly impair fair competition or proper contract performance, nor should be subject to restrictions on bidding participation as an unfair operator
