Gangnam One-Room Guide
For Koreans visiting Jakarta on business, it is the most convenient and familiar location, the "Gangnam Building".
It is on the street where the main Mugunghwa Supermarket is located. It is the 2nd and 3rd floors of a newly built 4-story building, different from ordinary residences.
Breakfast, dinner, laundry, and free Wi-Fi provided.
1st Floor : Own office, able to provide necessary services to customers
2nd Floor : Convenient for use as accommodation and SOHO office (3 rooms with independent bathrooms)

3rd Floor : Convenient for use as accommodation (5 rooms with independent bathrooms)-
4th Floor : Owner's accommodation
Based on vivid experience gained from living locally for 25 years as a branch manager and self-employed person
Many people from my home country who come to Indonesia for their livelihood lose "money more precious than blood" in wrong places
