- Corporate(PMA, PT, overseas branch/Representative Office) establishment, various corporate-related licenses/permits(Investment Coordination Board, bylaws, Jabodetabek area local government permits, customs etc.) and residence permit/visa/nationality change and concurrent position procedures, promotion procedures, sponsor change procedures etc. are handled for you.
2. Online human resources/labor and general affairs field monthly unit contract consultation.
- If you are currently in the process of establishing a corporation or if you are an investor without a human resources/labor and general affairs manager yet or if you are a company in the early stage of corporate establishment that needs to set up human resources/labor issues, or a company currently experiencing difficulties with various human resources/labor/union and general affairs field issues or with many areas that need improvement this is our service.
- On a monthly or medium/long-term contract(3~12 months) basis, by paying a certain amount of consultation fee, we provide consultation on various human resources/labor and general affairs fields you want to know about. This consultation is provided via online and phone between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, during the contract period as a basic arrangement.
3. Company rules/labor-management agreement and various contracts translation, identification of toxic clauses /modification and/or drafting.
4. Indonesian various legal regulations, contracts and bylaws translation (Indonesian -> Korean).
5. Real estate transaction handling / monitoring.
- Real estate(factory sites and houses) transaction procedure consultation and monitoring of contract contents etc. to prevent any damage in the future. In the case of large-scale real estate transactions involving significant amounts, if proceeded without professional help often result in major problems.
